  William Andrews, M.D.

 

 

Dr. Andrews earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Duke University. He served his Internship and General Surgery Residency at the University of Virginia Hospital, and he completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Duke University. He has practiced in Lynchburg since 1986.

Dr. Andrews is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and serves as a Clinical Instructor in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Virginia, and as Adjunct Faculty at Duke University Medical School.

Committed to his community and to extending medical care beyond the region, since 1995, through Kids First, Dr. Andrews has been involved in annual Medical Mission trips to Columbia, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico. He is a board member of Kids First, and Chairman of the Board at Jubilee Family Development Center.
