RUN STRONGER GROUP
This training group is for experienced runners who want to add or improve their running program—focusing on stability, mobility and strength training.
RUN EASIER GROUP
This training group is for beginning runners and those wanting to begin running – focusing on designing a running program, running technique and injury prevention.
