The Move
December 16, 2008

2008 has been a busy year for The Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia!  On June 16th we opened our brand new, state of the art facility.  Moving three offices and 150 employees into one building in three days was quite the challenge, but all hands were on deck.  Everyone pitched in and diligently worked through the weekend so the doors could open on Monday, the 16th.  Friday the 13th marked the beginning of the move, so we had black t-shirts made donning the phrase, “I survived the OCCVA move,” which we all wore on opening day.

It’s hard to believe we’ve been in the building for more than six months!  Oh how the time flies!  We feel blessed to not only have survived the move, but to have thrived since the move.
