The Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia has teamed up with Relay Health to offer you the benefit of communicating with us online in addition to the telephone personal contact. Relay Health provides a secure messaging service so you reach us whenever it is most convenient for you!
While traditional email uses multiple servers from all across the Internet, Relay Health uses a secure layer encryption technology to deliver your messages directly to us so you can rest assured that your communications are kept private and confidential.
Once registered, follow the prompts to select your treating physician here at The Orthopaedic Center of Central Virginia. For security purposes, we must accept your application before you can begin using Relay Health. Please allow us 24 hours to process your registration.

Request your appointment online to avoid waiting for extended periods of time on hold or playing phone tag with our appointment desk.
Request Diagnostic Test Results
Request your recent lab, x-ray, Bone Density, MRI or other diagnostic test results be sent to you electronically.
Request Medication Refills
Request your prescription refill when you need more of your prescribed medication. Once your physician approves your refill request, we can forward it directly to your pharmacy.
Send a Note to the Office
Send a note to us when you need to ask routine administrative questions, such as bill inquiries.
There is no fee to register with Relay Health; if you are ready to get started, choose one of the following options: You can either provide us with your email address and we will send you an email invitation to register, or you may simply register online.
Relay Health provides an additional opportunity for you to contact our office regarding minor medical matters such as routine follow up and administrative questions. If you have an urgent medical condition, call our office immediately at 434-485-8500 or dial 911.
